Bonnet Heat Shield Falling Away

Help required. My Bonnet heat shield is falling away from the bonnet. Does anyone know of a suitable adhesive to stick it back up bearing in mind the temperatures under the hood?

if you clean the surfaces first,bath sealant silicone, withstands the temps just make sure you leave it with gentle pressure during curing a few hours,you can use other mastics, but this works fine mines stuck well for 12 months.

As above but used no nails sealant/glue, works a treat.
plus put some heat shield tape over any holes or splits.

I used araldite on my Griff bonnet about 2 yrs ago --still stuck on!! no problems! !

I used normal contact adhesive - the kind of thing you'd use for carpet, like evostik. Still attached after 18 months.

Where can I get a new bonnet heat shield as mine fell off and was a bit worse for wear.
