If you dont mind me asking why did you get yours replaced ? Mine is just leaking a very small amount of fluid at the moment so dont you if I should replace it or not ?

i had a small amount of play in one of the arms, and a drop of fluid coming from the other side, took it off to be refurbished and power racks direct returned it saying it was too badly worn to be refurbished to my horror.

got a refurbished/built (from 2 or 3 damaged racks) from bell hill breakers within two days upto aberdeen so i was lucky, dont know if they have any more, but i'd advise getting it refurbished before it gets damaged beyond repair. would be a nightmare finding a new one, and expensive...

I know I shouldn't ask this but surely a steering rack shouldn't go in 3 years should it ??

Just had my steering rack repaired (leaking seals) under warranty courtesy of TVR Power - 3.5 yr old Tuscan with 22k miles and it was a bad leak - 1li of power steering fluid in the space of a 20 mile journey. All is well now, but thankful I have the warranty cover.

Not sure about the T350 but I had my Cerbera rack rebuilt by Power Steering Services in Greenwich. TVR Quoted £1200! They did it for £220 plus warranty!

All the Cerb guys go there now.
