User requirements - training

I need to send some users on a course to teach them how to write clear business system requirements.

Any recommendations?

It depends on what the aim is, really.

Do the users need to understand all aspects of the system or will they depend on 3rd party advice?

Will they be project managers?

Are these people I.T. competent?

Its hard to know which course they should be pitched at without understanding a little more about the users.

It may be useful to send them on a good project managers course.
