Performance Exhausts

I've got a friend who is experienced in building performance exhausts and manifolds like Tubis etc and he reckons that he could fabricate them quite a bit cheaper and fit them in the North West.

Now I know F**k all about these and he has asked me to set up a business with him, presumably with me funding it, since I'm not technical and can't weld etc.

Question is, how would you go about marketing these systems to the people who normally buy them.
