Pocket PC (WM5) theme / wallpaper help

[wadeski]

Ive been playing around with my new HTC Hermes (Orange SPV M3100) and its brilliant, but i would like to be able to do a couple of things to the desktop, some of which i seem to remember being able to do on my old WM2003 smartphone.

1) is there an app out there which randomly chooses your wallpaper from My Pictures? Ive got loads of pictures which i transferred over, and it would be a nice surprise to get a new wallpaper each day!

2) would i be able to remove the "washout" effect that WM5 puts over your desktop picture? it makes my photos look a bit shit (its not the screen, if i view a photo on the phone it looks 10x brighter, its putting some kind of layer over the top..)

cheers
