Online, local bike shops? I will need a few items soon when I get a bike, lock, chain, disc lock ground ancor etc and was wondering were people get theres from and if anyone can recommened a good online
supplier

thanks for those 2 links. anyone recommened a make of lock, disc lock etc. I read that Abus are good?

Seconded. They'll recommend you a chain, lock and so on. I got a ground anchor that you concrete in - bit of a faff, but good for confidence.

No one mentioned www.mandp.co.uk/ yet! Great for general accessories.

Get an Abus disklock or any other marked as thatcham approved. I've currently got an Oxford Monster one as poxy gerick didn't have the abus one I wanted and I had a replacement bike to secure.

For chains.. don't bother with anything else but one of these! I've got immobiliser II (now replaced with III) with the squire solid steel lock.
