Can anyone tell me if the after market plenium isolator plates actually work on the rover v8's , or are they a waste of dosh?...

Ive got a mate with one for sale, as his westfield bonnet didn't fit with in on.

Mabye I'm a bit biased as I produce one but yes they do work when I made the first one for my wedge I saw about 15° drop in intake temp and could run a little extra spark
