opensource Online survey software

[stevieb]

Hi,

Does anyone know where i can obtain the above?? I have had a look at a few but they look a bit rough around the edges.

I would like one that has got a nice interface, willing to pay for the software if needed. But i do not want to outsource it to a company.

Thanks

steve
