I am trying to print off diary pages on A6 paper and to print both sides, this means turning the pages over maunually as there iss no duplex on small paper.

However when I go to print there seems to be no option to just print even or odd as there was last time when I downloaded a PDF, is it dependant on the program you are printing from as well? (in this case Excel).

Any help
Cheers
Nick

Depends if the program you're using has its own print dialog or if it uses the standard Windows one.

Acrobat falls into the first category and has useful extras such as the ability to print even/odd pages.
Excel, unfortuantley for you, doesn't have this option.

If you are printing from MS Word there is a list box at the botton left of the print dialog labelled "Print:". The options it gives are: 'All pages in Range', 'Od Pages' and 'Even Pages'.

You would have thought Micro$oft would have used the same print components across it's products wouldn't you? Perhaps it just shows up that the office products have all been originally someone else's product and just bought up and developed by them.

Thanks Guys
In the end I converted the Excel sheet to PDF and printed from Acrobat Reader which gives the option as you say.

Can't understand why it's not in excel tho

Cheers
