Heating Not Working

Hi There
My 330Ci's heating seems to have packed in. The digital display works fine but nothing is coming out of the vents, hot or cold. I went through some old receipts and the previous owner had the aircon/resistor pack replaced in May 05. Could this be the problem?
Are there any good BMW specialists in the Wokingham/Reading area? Any help would be appreciated....as its getting quite cold!!
