Cerb doors not unlocking

Hi all, seeking some help and advice please.
I have as some of you will know been having a problem with the drivers door window. This is either not opening when the door is opened,not closing when door is closed but other times it works fine! This is intermitent. I've done all the usual - unplugging the box in the boot , had the door panel off etc. but can't cure it.
Now the doors, both, are sometimes refusing to open when i've parked and turned the engine off.
This is a new one so I haven't yet had time to figure it out or test it regularly but it appears that if I restart the engine then the doors will open - but as I say it is only recent and I don't yet know if this will work everytime. That being said it shouldn't happen anyway. Again it is only intermitent
Any of you geniuses out there got any ideas please??
