I must thank Martin Lilley for coming on Friday, what a lovely gentleman. I introduced him to as many people as I could before the media grabbed him. He was signing books, flags, caps whatever came to hand. He came to the factory...talked to his work colleagues and the back to Pub with us. The only trouble was turning up that Jag, a great pity PW never gave him the Tuscan he was promised ( or so the grape vine says....allegedly)

P.S. By the way he's PH'er so he'll see this

Top chap, had my picture taken with him in front of my Griff. Meeting one of my 3 TVR heros made my day, just TW and PW to meet now.

Thanks again for taking the picture Chris.

He seamed a fantastic bloke, i have always wanted to meet him.
Now I have he even signed my copy of peter filby's "success against the odds", the title is quite ironic now.
