The classic oil pressure question

It seems to have been posted lots of times however I could not find a definitive answer
The oil pressure from cold goes to 50 on my 4.2. When running normally may sit at 55. No more no less no other fluctuation. Oil is just above the add level.
Should I be concerned? If it is a question of changing the spring how does one go about this?

Oil pressure should be at its highest when engine is freshly started from cold.
It should rise only slightly under load when cold.
It should get much lower at idle once run for 10 mins or so (and even lower when really really hot). Should then get almost back up to cold level pressure when under load when hot. If that makes sense. Should get to a max of 75 ish? Should not really go below 30 when very hot idle.

So, if there is little or no luctuation is it worth looking at the oil pressure relief spring?
