Plugs and oil!

Not wishing to start a major debate here, but am gettingmy '96 500 serviced tommorow from a local indie. what are the best spark plugs to use, and am I right to put in Mobil 1 15w/50 oil?

There are a few threads on this but for my money Mobil 1 Sport is the best flavour and gives v good pressures at all revs.

For plugs, NGK B7ECS are virtually ubiquitous. Not always readily available, but if they're a TVR specialist they should (a) know to use them (b) have some.
