Squeaking forks?

I had this on my Busa(can't remember how i got rid of it now?)but my TL1000r is doing the same thing,its like a squeaking going over bumps from the front end?Sort of sounds like a hard plastic rubbing off the fork as the suspension goes up and down,as if the sounds amplifying through the fork tube,if you know what i mean?Best way i can describe it!I hear it quite clearly while riding slowly.Anyone help?,its really annoying!
