Aftermarket Wheels

I want the Sport Design 19 wheels speced on a new porsche.
But would I be better off getting the standard and then buying these

and having a spare set of wheels ?

I surpose I'm asking if these wheels are going to be to the same quailty/weight as the originals.

They are heavier
