Had a friend over for lunch today who works in a Magistrate court on the legal side - they help to employ magistrates and part of the interview process is to ask which part(s) of law the hopeful mag find unjust.

One guess which one is mentioned by far of the majority?...

The Lord Chancellor requires that each bench should broadly reflect the community it serves in terms of gender, ethnic origin, geographical spread, occupation and political affiliation.

funny how the government are allowed to discriminate on grounds of race and political affiliation.
