What about how does your VX500 compare to that rather nice lambo? (sorry if you have already done this) But for me that is what is great about these cars us poor sods who can only dream of lambo/AM/Rarri ownership can have access to V8 motors that are nearly as quick, as quick or even quicker (Mr Tiler) than these amazing super cars.

Or we could have a virtual tuners Grand Prix with the site I posted earlier today - be fun if one of us beat a proper tuner......

for me this car is a lot more fun for starters i havent got two worry about a clutch that lasts about 5000 miles at 4500 grand and the rest of the stupidly high running costs but it did have exclusivity which you cant beat though how many people now what a hsv /vauxhall monaro is??? the fun facter in the ro is awesome as its always trying to catch you out and thats the fun factor of driving see knowing your going to take a bend is no fun like these 4wd's that do corner, it is up there with the rest and no disrepect but i dont give a f^ck what a dyno run says right or wrong this car is quick for 40 k now tell me where can you get that in a car that can seat 4 in comfort? listen take it from me you aint unlucky not to have a lambo ferrari or a like as i consider my self lucky to have a ro and a forum that is of guys that are not stuck up there own arse5 !!

Thanks Chap good feedback.

I 'only' have a CV8 but never get tired of it (did 250 happy miles today)and as you say constantly get admiring looks, what is that? and 'rev it up' comments.

And had a great unintentional sideways moment coming out of a hotel carpark in Reading - luckily managed to control it or I would have looked a prime plonker!

You just cant let go can you???? I dont blame you, I try and keep mileage down by using other cars, but it is as addictive as ever.

cv8 or vxr its better than that cheap japenese rubbish that scream their knackers off at 130 where as you are just cruising at them speeds and take it from me as had evo6 and scooby they are always in garage being serviced as very high maint.
