I have an odd question: I've got three series of numbers I wish to display at the same plot (three measurements at the same time), but out of those three, there's one that I only wish to display one hundredth (sp?) of the data points (so it only shows 120 of the 12000 data points).
To do that, I'd like to show the 1st, 101st, ... point. Can anyone tell me how to make excel skip the data points in between?

Thanks in advance! (& my apologies for the bad description hehe)

You will have to ammend the table to show the data that you want to display.

Thus if you have the data in four columns:
A: Time
B: Series 1
C: Series 2
D: Series 3 (the one with the requirement not to show all points)

You need to create a new table to base the chart on (assumed to be in columns F-I with the same titles:
F2: =A2
G2: =B2
H2: =H2
I2: =D2 (as you want the first point)
I3: =if(mod((row()-1),100)=0,d3,"". This will then only show the value on the 101st etc line.

Then graph the result. Note however that if you use a line graph on the I data it will go to 0 for values 2-99 etc - better to use a point or bar type.
