Does upgrading invalidate Vauxhall warranty??

As some may have gathered Im in the market for a Monaro VXR! Ive spotted a few nearly new examples that look very tempting!!
I was wandering if the performance upgrades we are all talking about invalidate the Vauxhall warranty or not?? This could sway me to go for a standard car then upgrade when the warranty is up!!!

It can be retro fitted yes. Warranty would be looked at on an individual basis dependent on car and existing mods.
