Have just got a Forrester Turbo S (Mk1 facelifted).
Just a quick question- Are there any cheap, subtle, unchav ways of tweaking it. I already have a mighty quick buggy so am not looking to turn it into a total rice rocket. Having said that my limited knowledge of turbo cars indicates that a chip can have very beneficial affects for not a large degree of outlay.Furthermore one assumes that the Forrester with 177bhp is a detuned Impreza engine so there is safety in taking it out a little in terms of output.
P.S Given that it is an auto would this be an unwise option and would it be detrimental to other drive train components?
