Fuse/Relay for Driving Lamps

I recently noticed that my driving lamps have stopped working.

I had them fitted by the local LR dealer a few years ago, using the official LR wiring kit, which I seem to recall had an additional fuse and relay holder that was added somewhere, (within the dashboard I believe).

I'm pretty certain that it's probably this that has caused the problem, but I can't remember where it was located to check it.

Does anyone have any ideas, as I try and avoid my local dealer after the last bodged service they did on the car.

Had exactly the same thing but on my 2001 defender after many hours of looking for the second fuse (not sure there was one) it turned out to be a bad earth took it off cleaned it (it looked fine on inspection) put it back on everything worked !!!

May be worth a go ?
