Were trying to arrange a meeting for some 944 owners somewhere north of London. (ie Herts, Bishops Storford etc ect)

Does anyone have any suggestions??

We need a pub with a big car park, and which serves food.

many thanks

I once suggested to the Ferrari forum chaps the Lytton Arms in Old Knebworth, nice pub, moderate car park, 10 mins from A1(M) J6.

I quite like the Whey Pat Tavern in St.Andrews and Olaf's Booze Shack in Tromso

The Green Man in Great Offley (just outside Hitchin off the A505) does good food and has a reasonable carpark (it gets very busy on Sunday lunchtimes though). They might rope off their overflow carpark for you if you have enough cars and make a reservation for food.

Probably worth checking out first though as I've not lived round there for a couple of years.

How many people ? There's the Coach and Horses in Bishop's Stortford, or how about the 3 Horseshoes in Norton ?

The Merry Fiddlers in Fiddlers Hamlet - near Epping is good. They're used to car meets - the TVR club meets there, so does the MG club and the Landrovers club. The car parkings not too bad and the foods good - BBQ if the weathers nice and lots of outdoor seating. Also there are some fab roads through Epping Forset too - down from Harlow and out into the Rodings!

Have fun!

Try the king and tinker crews hill/enfield - 5 minutes from Junc25 or Junc26 (M25)
