Camping Purple

Hi all, anybody know anything or has any info about "camping purple", geeza on the boat this year said he camped there and it was a cool site somewhere by the Mulsanne ?

I do not know what it's called, but you can certainly camp in the car park at Mulsanne corner - nobody seems to mind and you don't get charged. However, there do seem to always be a lot of tents and vehicles beyond the ticket barrier too and I assume these are paid for.

it mentions an Hunaudieres campsite and a ticket price including a ready pitched tent. Ah, I see it is actually at Tertre Rouge.
