spotted in Winchester

I saw a GTR today in Winchester. Reg plate W98SJU. It was yellow with black "viper" stripes. it had Cannonball Run Europe stickers on the side. the driver nailed it up the street. sounded awesome. it's the first ultima i've seen on the road.

Any of you guys own this?
or do you know who does?
