BMW specailist in the Chepstow area

How many BMW owners are there within a 30 mile radius of Chepstow(s.wales)?
If there was a highly experienced BMW/MINI(BMW MASTER)specialist in Chepstow would you travel there to have your servicing done?

I know of a few guys with M Roadsters / Coupes who would be interested in using an experienced technician.

Maybe you could help me .... my 1998 Z3M brakes are giving me a headache right now with the rear end braking before the fronts.
New discs, pads and seal kits etc have been fitted without joy.
Any ideas ?

That can really only be a master cylinder fault or a line mix up-has it had any work done on the DSC hydrolic pump/accident repair?
Are the fronts binding when you lightly press the pedal,or do they suddenly snatch/lock up when they come on?and do both fronts do the same thing at the same time-when its wheel free

I know the first and only previous owner of the car and know it's a straight car

Not got DSC as 1998 year.
Overhauled the fronts and not binding. Did notice that they didn't bleed as well as they should ?? Backs are OK when bleeding.

No ABS faults reported on diagnostics.

Any ideas

Ther must either be dirt in the split to the front or the master cylinder is stuck.
The most likely is the master cylinder.
Undo the line from the master and at the caliper ends a blow through to ensure there isnt anything in the line-If its got ASC make sure You disconnect it there as well before you blow it through.

Have given up on the Lotus,TVR bit and just looking at specialist BMW. I live in Chepstow and it would be good to have a specialist for my Lotus when the warrenty runs out.
