Right, this has been driving me around the bend for the last half an hour so maybe someone can help.

I have a set of data, arranged into 6 series in columns. I want to plot 5 series in a stacked bar graph with the 6th series represented as a line. Months on X axis and volume on Y axis. I can get a stacked bar chart no problem at all but I can't figure out how to get the 6th series to plot as a line.

For the love of god please someone help me before I go mad!

Think I understand what you are looking for having 5 out of the six series shown as a stacked bar with the sixth series overlaid as a line? If this is the case add the sixth series as a new set of data to the existing chart. When this is done it will display it as the stacked bar still. Next click on the stacked bar the series you wish to show as a line and it will highlight just that series. Then click on chart/chart type and change to line, click ok and there you go just that one will be changed.

It's easy when you know how!!

Many thanks - have a virtual pint on me.

Nice car BTW - looked at a Grey one when I was getting mine. The S wears it well.

My Pleasure. The car is parked up at mo for some TLC over the winter. Trouble is my wife has other ideas for the money. Anyway, glad we got it sorted.

Cheers.
