Just wondering how much would I get in part exchange for a 2004 tvr t350 at a vauxhall dealer?

The way things are at the moment regarding all things TVR I'll be surprised if they'll want anything to do with your T350 - so they'll offer you a pitance in the hope that you'll just go away. No non-TVR dealer will want to get lumbered with a TVR particularly at the start of winter.

It will be around the 20k mark (if they want it).

I p/x'ed an 03 plate T350 this time last year (against a pickup) & got early 20's after a bit of haggling. Don't think they'd tough one again though as they tried to sell it themselves & couldn't for 6 months. They then couldn't shift it & put it through auction. Didn't hit reserve. They finally offloaded it to someone for 14k, although not before the dealer principle had f@cked the engine, so it needed a rebuild.

I think it is tough for most dealers at the moment. But worse for TVR dealers of course.

If you are trading in your 350,it will depend what your trading it in for and how much you are spending to determine the PX price!

With the motor trade in general being very quiet i am sure they will be keen to do you a deal to sell a car. They may want straight out of your TVR if they do not want to risk retailing it, so they will trade it out IF they can find a buyer within the trade! Unfortunatly this will mean you will not get such a good price on it.

I think about £18.000/£20!! A 2004 T350 seem to be retailing about £24.000 ish so i think roughly this what it will be worth to them.

If you are looking to get out of your TVR you may be best looking at a Multi Franchise sports car dealer who sell TVR and other makes.

This may narrow down your choice, but will give you a better return on your car. I am not sure what Vauxhall your looking at, but if it's a VRX220 you may be as well looking at a Lotus as there are a few Lotus/TVR dealers.

Yep, pretty much right there a nice black one please. Cheers for all the replies. Selling to a used sportscar dealer may be the better option. Putting cash down at a vox dealer should get me a nice discount and take some pain out of the probable massive depreciation.
But then again after having a blast in the TIV this afternoon it would be a very painfull decision to sell

Don't do it then!
Be a bit different, keep the TVR. Everyone smiles at you in a TVR. If they see you in a Vauxhall, they'll probably just scowl.

If you think your TVR has lost money just wait until you trade in the Vauxhal....nice car though.
