I think my clutch is on its way out, not slipping yet but "at the top". Just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction as to whats needed and any idea of cost experienced.

Cheers

I got one on thursday last week TVR car parts.
My last clutch was a comp type and has only lasted 18,000 miles, so I am going back to my standard

I fitted this to mine two weeks ago. All fine at the moment.

You'll find it slips most in third and fourth.

Get the release/thrust bearings changed at the same time as the clutch plate as this makes the pedal action much smoother and nice.

Phone some indies for quotes but it wasn't too cheap for me unfortunately. They seem to last about 50,000 miles normal driving.

Top cats changed mine on a 500 cost less than £500 including thrust bearing and new seal because of oil leak.

Just check they supply the "right" parts you paid for!
Having a car in bits n not being able to fit them isn't funny.
