Good F1 read: The Lost Generation

Just finished this excellent book, well worth a read if you're looking to fill the off-season.
Any followers of F1 in the '70s will know of Roger Williamson, Tony Brise and Tom Pryce, three exceptionally talented drivers, arguably more so than eventual British World Champion James Hunt, who all met an early end.
The real tragedy is all three were killed due to the incompetence or errors of others, at the end of an era when drivers had a fair chance of not making it to retirement. There's also a short chapter on David Purley, who tried to save Williamson's life and received the George Medal for his brave attempts.
The book is written by David Tremayne, who followed the lives of these men at the time and it has been a labour of love for him and this shows, it's a beautifully written piece, that covers the highs as well as as it does the inevitable lows.
