Original wheels

Are the wheels on www.porscheshop.co.uk/acatalog/mono_block_solid_wheels.html Porsche originals or nasty reproductions? I know Design911 only does cheapo copies, and I'm looking for the real thing.

These lot are not cheap but do know their stuff, lots of fully refurbed

Well One says refurbs, so I'm not sure......the Cup 1's are definitely copies, MM IIRC no offsets by the valve stem in the picture.
All originals I've ever seen have the offsets by the valve stem.

I'll give them a shout and see what they say. Those 18" Cup 3s look good value if they're not repro.

That's what I thought too...

I'd like cup 3 18" for my car...

And then sell my 17" Targa Split rims....


I wouldn't be too bothered if they were repro personally so long as a stock centre cap fits and there's a comeback on them.

I'm sure these guys would look after you if a problem arose through quality or lack thereof.

Problem with repros is the potential inctrease in unsprung weight e.g., Design911's repros are like battleships in comparison to standard wheels.
