The only ones I found to insure it during the build was American National Property and Casualty www.anpac.com Comp coverage only is about $160/yr. Completed full coverage is $1000/yr.
K&K in Indiana would insure it as racing car parts and components only for $900/yr.
All others I contacted would either not insure newer kits or would only insure after registration.

K&K is currently insuring my in the build stages, only because I had 8 months left on my policy from the car I sold to purchase the canam.

I am more interested in companies that will insure it after it is titled and on the road. I check statefarm who does my other vehicles and they said the performance was to high and they wouldn't touch it. Although it may have to due a lot with my age.

In the other thread somebody said progressive would insure it I may have to check with them.

I was just casually watching the speed channel, suddenly they had an advertisement for auto insurance. The ad featured a fuzzy pan shot of a dark blue Ultima GTR. The insurance company is Grundy. The website is www.grundy.com I didn't contact them because insurance coverage varies from state to state.

Grundy "no quoted" when I contacted them.
I'm over 40 and have a clean driving record.

So much for truth in advertising. The search continues.
