after the meeting this morning (nothings changed) TVR are more interested about finding out who I am than looking after the interests of the employee's.
Apparently I will be disaplinned and taken to court when thier solicitors when Pisonheads / TED gives them my details and find out who I am. I have been offered a job and in the light of this I will be taking it up so I wont be in limbo when I loose my job. Also if I dont post they cant use me as an excuse for anything further down the line.
I would like to thank everybody on here who has helped with recent events in any way shape or form and apologize the the lads and lasses at the factory if my posts have caused you problems

I would think/hope that under the data protection act, Ted PH are not at liberty to give anybody details about you. You are understandably concerned so maybe you could get Ted to delete your profile and start a new one? Hope you are not feeling victimised into leaving TVR early and foregoing any redundancy payout? If so maybe good grounds for constructive dismissal?
