I reckon much is going to depend on the weather. My guess is that those nancy dry weather only cars won't turn up if there is a slight whiff of mositure in the air. So looking at forecast i reckon we'll end up with 325 cars!

If I remember correctly Golden Mania at Brands in 1997 must have the record with over 800 cars?

There have been several events with more cars, but none that applied to Guinness World Records to register their fine achievement. This attempt is a taster to set a good target for the 60th Anniversary Celebrations planned for next year.

The current record is 249 Mazdas in New Zealand - surely we can beat this.

In fact, my guess is that we will double that - 498 Tivs for me please Amazon.

Well if Blackpool got 150 with 7 days notice and expected 50, Chatsworth had 169 and expected 30/40, Back Home had 450. I believe 70% of the TVR Club membership lie south of a line from the Wash to the Severn, I'd be disappointed if there weren't 500 for London Thunder.

I reckon that 400 will turn up, i'm told that there are lots still planning to come who have not registered.

Looking forward to it, AMAZON let's see how many alarms we can set off down whitehall (all whilst driving responsibly of course!)

See you then

Too vague mrsmadmark - come on, exact number of cars rotate

There are a few ideas on how the counting will be done, not sure there's a decision yet though. e2djh has all the criteria for the World Record attempt, it may be that it has to be videoed, or number plates recorded scratchchin

I'm sure all ideas are welcome clap

The wx forecast is good for the w/e.
I think the "fair weather boys" will be out in force.
Anyway we BNG submersible types don't let a bit of water stop us, Do we?

[AlltogetherPantomodesmilie] NO [pantomodeoff] hehe

So I reckon we'll see 450+
500 would be sooo nice though

The weather forecast isn't looking good, but this is gonna be an event not to be missed. So all those polished up fair weather garage queens will be out to join in the fun.......

437 is my guess.

I wonder how many will show that aren't PHers??
