Looks like new headlights, indicators and maybe new wheels. Wow. Do they actually design cars at Porsche or do the components guys just wander over to the Boxster/911/Cayman design bucks and just slap on a new bit now and again until someone in marketing says "Ja! Geddout ze modelnummer und add vun. Ze new car is ready."?
As an aside, overheard in the Porsche Design Office...
"How's the new Cayenne look?"
"Relative to what?"

Yep that's the turbo (now 500hp as standard). The other models have upright indicators in the side grilles. 21" wheels now optional on all models.
Base model is now 3.6 with 290bhp. All models now have a sport button as per 997, increasing engine response and upping rev limit on gear change. Interior is the same, new head-lights, tail-lights, front and rear bumpers. Tail pipes now mounted in the rear bumper (via cut-outs). Few new colours and a slight hike in price.

Cayenne Ss are starting to become a really tempting 2nd hand buy.
Circa £28k seems to get a really nice S with wheels and toys. My mate's just bought one and its actually very good! Looks great to my mind, 20" wheels, roof rails, heated seats and wheel...nice place to be for the drive down to the alps in the summer or winter...
Roll on the new one to make my next family car a bit cheaper!
Ajit.

Even given Porsche's apparent fondness for panel-beating an existing model to pass it off as a new one (986 to 987, et al), this just seems to be a mid-to-late-life facelift, not a new model (thank the Lord).
Word on the street is that the next generation Gayenne with have a hybrid as a frugal model. Interesting idea, but seems a bit risky to me; it'll either be brilliant or totally awful.
