Stupid Question

Can you lock the doors on the cerb with the engine running ? Too scared to try it my brother has a supra twin turbo and you can on that, I know its a stupid question I am just wondering?????

You mean with the button that flashes...yes.

I think he means from outside the car, I guess you can with the Supra because it has a turbo timer.

The button to the right of the gear stick.
Although it does have a mind of it's own!
Mine quite often goes off after a while all by itself.
Not good if the wifes driving the Cerb at night on her own.

Mine will not lock from outside if the ignition is on but never tried to lock it with ignition on and engine running.

For our cars that are parked outside, I put a small fan heater in the car 15 mins before I need to depart. The car is toasty warm and the windows have defrosted totally, with no chance of frosting up again as you drive. I'm not wasting fuel leaving the car to idle,nor any security problems.
