Hi there people. Thank you all very much for your responses to this newbie memeber. Yep, I heard that the Chelsea Cruise was back on some time ago, but this I understand was in fact limited to American jobbies. Whilst I am a very real enthusiast of all vehicles irrespective of origin, and honour any car nutt, I have to be honest, my passion was with the old skool MK I & II escorts; the RS Turbos and the original Gti's and GT's Turbo's and Fiat 130tc abarths and Uno Turbo's; the Cossies and the like...............NO not the max. power or fast car gang, but those people who know that engine modifications are a little more than bolting on an air filter, chipping the ECU and welding on the biggest possible tail pipe known to man kind.

What I am looking for are people who were used to tearing up the tarmac along Nine elms in front of Battersea Dogs Home doing the circuit along the embankment and back across the Chelsea bridge, slowing down as they passed the shell petrol station, often full of rozzers, then tearing up again as they rounded the corner under the railway bridge. aaaaaaaaaaah the good old days.

Do any of your remember that? ? ? ? Is all hope lost or is there enough interest to get back on trackk so to speak.
