Electric windows

Hi
Changed the battery on the cerb today. All was well. However now the windows dont work. Both sides up or down including when i lock the car. Everything else works! Is there a seperate fuse for the windows anywhere???

Try unplugging the door/window control box in the boot for a few seconds. Usually sorts any problems like this.

AFAIK you only need to unplug the power plug, which is the one with only 2 wires in it. Red and Black i think.

OK I think I have the same problem... My battery went flat when I was turning the car over and the alarm and windown would not work...

Now I have reset this, and the car window went up and the doors locked, but now the bloody think will not open, and the little green light by the gearstick is maddly flashing...

Any ideas to get the door locks to work again???

Yup. Bud suggested this course of action and it worked fine.
Although I left mine unplugged for about 20 minutes while I went indoors for tea and toast

YEP IT WORKED!! thanks Bud.
But i do have a burnt out solonoid from the boot release mechanism. Where can i get one from??
