Notice the fuel tank burst after the crash on the last shot!

Don't know what would cause the accidents, braking heavily after an unsighted corner?

Accidents were caused by water leaking through the tunnel walls and freezing on the road.

It's a tunnel in Russia under a river which leaks and freezes creating black ice.

Does seem to be something on the road, but note how the majority of cars around those crashing get through no problem. Many of the vehicles crashing seem to be doing panic/emergency braking on a bend (see first car for example who nearly piles into only car on 3 lane road before losing control). Too fast, too close, too dozy.

There is also clearly black magic at work. At 58secs, a 2nd truck appears from nowhere to join the accident.

Kept watching that truck one - the 2nd truck seems to "appear" going the wrong way, rather odd!

Lots of people having to brake very hard to avoid others' accidents - suprised there weren't more secondary accidents on that.

The bus is scary. Is it a long tunnel by any chance? People switching off?
