Broadband speed test

I've recently had a speed issue with my ISP re one of of my sites at work being unusably slow. I used the usual test site, ADSLguide, to confirm my suspicions, but my ISP wouldn't accept their stats. They only accept figures from kbps.co.uk.
You can see a sample of my results (from home) here.
So... while they haven't sorted out my speed at work yet, they at least acknowledge there is a problem.
These sites may be of use to anyone who suspects they may have a problem, or just want to confirm everything is as it should be.
