Worst storm of the year (allegedly) - and still dry inside!!

went to the car in trepidation this morning after last night's foul weather (being by the coast, when a storm comes in, it p1sses down with avengence)

but, wahey, still completely dry inside!!! Even seems to have powerwashed last weeks commuting dirt off!

Most pleased!

Want to wash the car for tomorrow's rally, but we still have a hosepipe ban here

Went to wash the chim this morning only to discover that I hadnt fully closed either the drivers door or boot last time I used her...and that was a week ago ! What was I thinking !

So instead of cleaning, polishing and such I have spent the day bailing, drying, recharging the now flat battery and generally cursing.

SO its up early tomorrow to give her a wash before heading down to the Ace.
