I CAN COME TO THE BALL! (Well The Thunder)

I've only just been able to sort it that I can come tomorrow, so I haven't been keeping track of the logistics. I'd be grateful if anyone can give me a quick summary if I've missed anything;

I've copied an itinerary (.itn) for my TomTom from Ace Cafe, and due to logistic difficulties I'll have to go straight to the Cafe. It looks like it's a 13:00 departure, so assuming that I'm at the cafe by then I should have no problems. As I have the .itn file, if I'm late (I'll be coming from SE London by then) I guess that it should just be nice and simple to follow that.

However, if 430 cars are leaving the cafe I assume that the final car won't actually leave until a while after 13:00! Or have I got it wrong?

Excited to be able to make it, but don't have much time to sort out any more details so ANY help gratefully received....

Where abouts in S.E. London are you coming from? there are two of us coming from S.E London.

I know it's a bit of a detour but there a a few of us coming from Croydon area and are meeting up at Caterham High st (morrisons car park) at 8.45 to 9.00 to go down to Guildford to meet the sussex/surrey group if you fancy a drive out.
