Big thanks to Alex and everyone else who helped organise the weekend. Shame about the weather. That small lake on the southbound slip road at Hatfield turned the car back onto a goldfish bowl so I decided to bugger off. Weather was great from about 10 miles north of there !
Nice to see you all ( well most of you) again

Indeed, thanks Alex and the team. And to Megy for coming along, did you get anything shot?

Paul, may I suggest that you start to look out for big wet areas and drive round them in future!

Thanks Alex,

A great day, looks like I've taken a bit of water in too, the drivers side is all wet.

Can't wait for the next one.

P.S. for once my car is still working after an event!

Bondy, I hope I didn't get you lost by leaving at the tunnel. Did you find the others? I thought they'd all gone round again. Still, it was pretty good fun pssssttting through the tunnel.

Thanks Greg,

I did catch up with them and it was fun through the tunnel, I need to change my exhaust when ever I was behind a 3/3R I could fell your exhaust note at idle in my car, I couldn't fell my own car ticking over.

An excellent weekend. It was great to finally put a face to so many people. Ash can you turn the volume down on your engine when I started mine I couldn't hear it at all over yours

Thanks to everyone who had a hand in the organisation, just a shame the weather decided to interfere!!!

All,
Great night/day, and thanks very much to Alex for the organisation.
Highlight for me (other than a spectacular hangover) was watching a bow wave over my front clam as we negotiated a small lake!
Good to meet you all.
Greg - you have no right to feel anything other than ill!!

Hi Guys,

Great to meet you all yesterday and 350 miles on the Noble should do it some good this time of year.

Must have taken some wrong turnings pretty early on in the 'hoon', because before i knew it i was somewhere near the M1.... seeing as i needed to get back by late afternoon (shropshire) i decided to carry on!!!

Glad i did really.... sounds like a few of you are still drying out!!!

It would be good if we could drum up support for trackday in the spring - somewhere more central.... Donnington or Oulton maybe????

Thanks for organising it.

Strange as it may be this was probably my favourite meet yet. (Probably had something to do with alcohol though!)

Great to meet some new peeps as well as the usual culprits. Shame we got split up after the tunnel but a group of us convened to a pub and sounds like we had a lucky escape from the lakes further up the road !!

I would have liked to have had the opportunity to have said goodbye to the likes of Alex, Ash, Owen, Paul, Greg etc etc...who I only see a couple of times a year but the elements, it seems, conspired against us!

Big thanks to Alex for taking on the meet and organising something for us all to do when the previous event was cancelled.

Lets aim for some warmer weather for at least one meet next year - everytime I go on one of these things its either pi$$ing down or icy !!

Cheers

Thanks Alex, it was a great day.

Although the weather was bad, the company made up for it.

Graham, thanks for the chat, although by the end of the night one of us was talking total boll0cks, I suspect it wasn’t you.

To everyone else, as above really.

Have not had so much fun for a long time, and no skimpily dressed ladies!

Can’t wait for the next meet.
