should find it in here www.torrentspy.com/search?query=lost&submit.x=13&submit.y=7 (NSFW), if anything here is "unsafe" it usually gets reported and removed fairly quickly so you should be ok.

An hour tv program can usually be aquired in less than an hour but obviously depends on your client set up, and how many people are sharing.

Ah, ok, yes you need a client - I use Azureus - do a google, this will associate the .torrent file type with that program, that way when you click the download button the client will open automagically.

Edited to add --

I'm not sure that such programs are available on paid for sites, but these are getting more popular - I pay £3.50 pm subscription to www.discoverybroadband.com because I don't want a sky package and if I had one I would probably only watch what appears on that, I do wish they had more programs but it's a good start. I see this as the begining of entertainment on demand

To download a torrent file, install a torrent client like Azureus or Microtorrent. When you download the torrent file from torrentspy, it should automatically start to download the episode. Depending on how many seeds & peers there are, you should be able to download it in a couple of hours

My dad swears by www.xtvi.com/ - he reckons it has never let him down.

Pretty sure he uses it with Azareus too

If you are torrenting lots, especially new stuff, I always run Peerguardian 2. It blocks known IP ranges / addresses. Once you see it running and it blocking the likes of Sony and MGM trying to join the torrent, you'll be thankful you had it there.

Probably doesn't make you much safer (from prosecution), but hopefully safer than others who don't use it.
