Hi Mattn,

Am looking to buy an early 70's 911s so was interested in your comments. Is yours LHD or RHD.

Any tips on what to look out for - it seems a bit of a minefield for uninitiated...

Hi Mattn

Just starting to look at classic 911's with a view to getting the same model you own. Just wanted to know what you thought of it and your experiences of ownership / driving experience ?

cheers

They are a minefield for the uninitiated - but own one and you'll become initiated very quickly! But find a good one and they are superb!

If you go to www.ebay.com(american) there has been a lovely looking 2.4 s coupe on there for a while.pale blue with black recarros........I was thinking of buying , the car is at a specialists in New York although it has been in California all its life...$18500...........looked cheap to me, although of course it is LHD.
