As said above, first of all picture needs to be hosted on a website.

(photobucket.com for example)

Then post as described above (hit quote on this post to see format)

I think well worth the wait..... What do you think - rear wing or no rear wing?

I suppose it will do

I think a rear wing would finish it off, but that's just me.

Looks great.

But changing those BLing rims to later SV, or Roadster style (or even better 6.0 style rims) would finish the car off nicely and bring it bang up to date.

Ditch the rims, not sure about the wing tbh ....

I know of some murcie wheels for sale if you're interested

Sweet. Well done that man.

I'd be inclined to leave it alone and keep things stock, if I were you.

Wings are fine if they're already there but I think Gandini's original work looks equally as good without. So why mess with perfection.

And that's not a shot at wings in general, as everyone who knows me will attest to.

I'd also leave the wheels stock as well, but I personally don't think the polished look suits the 17" wheels, so perhaps restore the wheels to painted silver and just leave the rims polished (as per the original).

It's nice to see an unmolested example IMO.

Just to be contrary, I think it looks loads better without the wing.

Never did get the wing thing on the Countach either, reminds me of a bunch of drunk 16 year olds in the back on a stretched limo with the boomerang aerial on the back.

I just think that without the wing, it gives it a more modern look, especially as the VT wing is actually huge and spoils the low silouette of the car. Plus the cost of having to buy one, paint it, fix it on......I like it as it is!

I suppose spending 10% of the cars value on a wing is a little extreme

Especially as that money should be spent on the inevitable new clutch and shock rebuild.

Get a wing, definately. I'm one of those people that thinks a Lambo Countach or Diablo looks almost unfinished without a wing. Lovely looking either way, but that little bit better with a wing.
