ARE THERE ANY OTHER TVR OWNERS INTERETED IN A STAFFS MEETING SOON? IVE HAD A FEW REPLIES FROM THE QUESTION IN THE "S2" SECTION BUT WOULD LIKE REPLIES.

I can't understand why the Staffs area seems so 'inactive', because I certainly see plenty of other TVRs about.

There is a pub betwen Lichfield and Tamworth (forgot its name) with a big carpark. One vote!

i have found a nice venue about half way between stone and rugeley on the a51 this is a bit more central
very nice place safe secure car park i will know hopefully by thursday if the manager will mind if a lot of load cars turn up how about sun 28TH OCT
i will post details later if this venue is ok

Result! Managed to get a sensible insurance quote from those nice people at Norwich Union Direct so I should be up for it

Put me down as well. High time Staffordshire had some sort of meeting, there certainly seems enough TVRs around. Any info as to the venue yet?

I was wondering about the venue as well. I am correct in thinking the last idea was somewhere between Stone & Rugeley? - Weston or Sandon I presume.

What about considering a meeting one evening, during the week? A mate of mine was in the Caterham club in Cheshire, and eveining meetings seemed a fairly popular option as well.

got a reply from the manager who would be more than happy to put us up but it would be in a seperate room with a bar plus a bar man but how many people would turn up would it make it worth his while
