I use http://photobucket.com/

Go to the site, create an account, user name etc, then upload a photo from for example your desktop.

Below the photo when it appears, will be a URL, a TAG, and a IMG, just copy the URL and paste in PH as follows, (Note the ( is just so it doesnt actually paste here)

([pic]then paste URL[/pic])

There are other ways I know, but this works for me, I also forget from time to time, so join the club. Good luck.
