Truvelos - do they work at night?

Do truvelo's work at night. Gong down the M'way thru roadworks recently, I was keeping to the 40 limit. Trucks were zooming past me doing 50-55mph. How do they get away with that?

I've seen one flash at night, but it wasn't flashing me so I don't know if the guy got a ticket.

I doubt very much that anyone would be so dim as to install a camera that only works in good lighting conditions.

It's more likely to be the story I heard on here a while back, that truckers believe blue LEDs and CDs on the front of the cab fool cameras!

Just remember that the lorry drivers license is worth far more to them so they are throwing their lives away with gay abandon!

Truvelos use an infra red flash.

You can't see it, even at night.
