C4S - WHAT'S IT WORTH

Want your opinions on what the following is worth trade and private as I'm about to sell.
Dec 02 - 52 Plate 996 C4S - 21500 mile one owner from new - good condition
Only issue is that it will need a new clutch shortly.
High Spec
Metallic Paint, Liptronic Lights, Sports Exhaust, Silver Door Entry Guards, Bose stereo, Sat Nav with built in phone, Chrome Dials, Half Chrome pack, fully electric drivers seat with lumber support, Tracker Horizon.
Was £70500 new.
Have every receipt etc and full main dealer Porsche service history
So what's it worth private if I have the clutch done and trade as it is?

what colour is it inside and out?
does it have a Porsche warranty?
pedant mode on:
Metallic Paint, is std on 4S
Liptronic Lights, Litronic?
Chrome Dials, do you mean ali dials? (as in the dials are white)
Half Chrome pack, do you mean small ali pack? (ie central vents, dash strip and instrument surround in ali paint)
fully electric drivers seat (both front seats surely and this is std on 4S)
lumber support - its lumbar and that is a cost option (left and right seat separately)
pedant mode off - sorry but nothing more annoying to me than mis-spelt ads and spec listed as options which is in fact std kit
OK spec but not great (no BOSE, some like sunroof) but has PCM and spors zorst, mileage good
IMO - reckon on £40k private provided its a decent colour less a) any costs to get it from "good" condition to excellent, and b) cost of warranty if it has none
